Privacy policy
We explain what information may reach RauBit when you contact the studio and how it is expected to be handled.

Data and purposes
Depending on how you interact with the site, the following categories of information may be processed:
- Data submitted in the form: name, company, email, phone, service needs, description and acceptance of the policy. It is sent to RauBit’s contact API to process the enquiry.
- Information voluntarily included in an email sent to contact@raubit.com.
- Aggregated analytics usage data only if GA4 is configured and explicit consent is given.
The intended purpose is to respond to inquiries, understand the requested project and maintain the conversation needed to assess a possible collaboration. Analytics, if enabled, will be used to understand which content helps people better understand the services.
Legal basis and retention
The specific legal basis for each processing activity is pending confirmation with legal counsel before publishing the final version. Consent will be required to enable optional analytics.
The retention periods applicable to inquiries, communications and analytics data have not yet been provided and must be defined before going into production.
Recipients and providers
Form enquiries are sent to RauBit’s contact API and delivered by email through Resend. Hosting and the contractual terms, retention and transfers for these services must be documented and confirmed before the final legal version is published.
If Google Analytics 4 is configured, it will only load after the corresponding consent, and its terms, transfers and configuration must be documented before enabling it.
Rights and security
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data where applicable by writing to contact@raubit.com. You may also withdraw a previously given consent and turn to the competent supervisory authority.
RauBit will apply reasonable measures to protect the information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. The specific technical and organizational measures are yet to be documented.
Minors and changes
This site is not specifically directed at minors. It does not knowingly request information from minors without the intervention of whoever holds the corresponding legal responsibility.
This policy may be updated when the form, analytics, providers or legal requirements change. The date and version history will be added once the documentation is ready.
